Highly
focused performance improvement is necessary in today’s
cut-throat environment.
Talkshow can provide coaching to you wherever you are in the
world. Either in person, on the telephone, via email or via
Skype.
We
generally use coaching in two ways. These are:

Stand alone
coaching
Coaching provides highly focused development for executives
and professionals who don’t have all day to attend a
training course.
In a
one-to-one situation, the learning can be totally focused on
the learners' needs without the distractions of a workshop
with six people.
It can
also be conducted confidentially to address a performance
need. Perhaps a new chief executive who needs to improve
his presence or presentation skills.
Talkshow’s team of Associates come from a number of
different coaching traditions and we’re able to employ
different methodologies where appropriate.
Reinforcement coaching
Coaching simply reinforces learning from a workshop. We
have seen numerous occasions where we’re able to improve
someone’s performance in the workshop with transferable
skills.
However, after about a week, their performance starts to drop
because their supervisor either doesn’t have the time or the
skills to provide the necessary ongoing feedback.
Reinforcement coaching is designed to keep the learner on
track, performing to a higher standard.
