Learn to be a
dynamic communicator on your own TV Talk Show
The Talkshow Leadership Class is our flagship communication course for
executives and senior leaders. We bring
together a group of senior leaders and make a talkshow. Each participant gets the chance to
work in a different television role.
This
includes operating the camera, directing the show,
presenting the show, doing sound and lighting.
Running a talk show is one of the most pressurized
situations where communication must be right on the
mark, all the time.
This
workshop is designed to make you not just a phenomenal
communicator but a an inspiring leader who can motivate
staff in demanding
situations. It draws on the
5 principles of functional
communication.
These situations
include leading a large organizations or teams
during times of pressure and demand.
Basically, what most organizations face every day
with mergers and acquisitions, large reorganizations,
crisis situations.
Intensive
training
The intense demands
of producing a TV talk show make it one of the most dynamic environments to hone your
communication skills. In many ways it exaggerates
small communication issues and allows us to work carefully
with them so they don't grow into big problems.
Our
specialists help you communicate under pressure by
getting you to produce your own talk show.
During this process we work with you to develop a
communications style that suits your personality and
objectives.
We'll
have all the people on hand to ensure your talk show
runs smoothly.
And afterwards, we'll debrief your performance with a
business psychologist and adult learning communication
specialist. This workshop is designed to radically
improve your communication skills so you can walk out a
better communicator.
Follow up
coaching
This
is a two-day workshop and involves
pre-coaching and a follow-up coaching session.
This ensures its more than just an exciting workshop.
We want to ensure the techniques you use are easily applied
into every day life so you can make a real difference in
your workplace.
