Talkshow Communication offers exciting communication training that is designed to substantially improve your communication performance.

It's more than just a 'touchy feely' workshop.  It's a workshop that will ensure all your messages - in speeches, documents, relationships and leadership - are clearly understood.

Using the communication secrets that broadcasters draw from to hook audiences and keep them tuned in, our signature course, The Compelling Communicator, makes you a phenomenal communicator.

The Compelling Communicator  is a communication training program that consists of six half-day workshops.  Depending on your need, we can offer these once a week, over the period of a week, or in three days.

The course is based on the 5 Principles of Functional Communication and aims to make you a phenomenal all around communicator.  That's right, not great only at speeches but lousy on writing.  But good all around.

5 Principles in 6 Days

Each half-day section of The Compelling Communicator is focused on developing one of the key principles.  We apply and critique that principle and develop a set of actions that work individually for each participant.

On the 6th day, we consolidate it all.  We've made this communication training program a series of intense half-day sessions.

This format has been designed to ensure flexibility.  The Compelling Communicator won't take your staff out of the office for a whole day, so they can still get back and check email.  And it gives them a week between sessions for the principles to sink in and affect your communication performance.

This course is ideal for middle managers who need to be all-around phenomenal communicators.  It's ideal for your key staff who need to be easily and well understood by their staff, clients and colleagues.

Present like a broadcaster

At the end of the course, you'll have learned to communicate using techniques employed by professional broadcasters.

These are techniques that will equip you to become a compelling communicator in all of today's tough communication situations.  These situations include:

  • Written communication such as memos, emails and reports.

  • Presentations to both small and large groups.

  • Team leadership - probably the most critical situation for today's leaders who must create a clear vision, inspire and motivate to improve team performance.

  • Collegial - another critical area often overlooked in today's workplace.  Colleagues need to understand each other to save duplication and misunderstanding.

To help you retain these skills, we can also offer personalized coaching in any aspect of the communication you've learned.

This course is for you - how would you like it?

We can tailor this course to meet your organization's specific needs.  Content can be adapted and developed.  And workshop delivery can be shaped to suit your work environment.  communication training(For example, we could run this over six weeks at your workplace.  Or conduct it off-site over three days.

It's probably our most exclusive training workshop.  It's for leaders who have to perform their communication under pressure.  We take them to a TV studio and they produce their own TV talk show.  We make the TV side easy but work with them on their communication in terms of both presentation, team skills and leadership - their ability to both inspire and motivate.
