Talkshow agrees exclusive
with Ifra Newsplex
A very
successful part of Talkshow's business is media
production training for newspapers undergoing
significant change.
As
newspapers around the world report dropping circulation
numbers, they are looking to radically change their
operations to embrace new ways of distributing news and
information.
Many are
developing converged newsrooms to deliver news across
audio and video as well as traditional print editions.
Ifra
Newsplex has played an important role in helping
newspapers transform. Ifra is the
training arm of the international newspaper association,
Ifra, based in Germany, near Frankfurt.
Talkshow
has come to an agreement where they will work with
newspapers and publishers exclusively through Ifra
Newsplex.
Already
Ifra has been involved with one of the most watched
newspaper transformations in the world, at Britain's
Daily Telegraph. Talkshow provided the Multimedia
production training for that project.
Talkshow's
Managing Director, Jonathan Halls, said that the
agreement represents a terrific partnership in terms of
bringing better value to newspapers and drawing the
intellectual resources of two leading training
organizations together.
